This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in our commitment to transparency and user privacy. We take content ownership and responsibility seriously, aiming to create a safe and respectful environment for our community. Users are expected to adhere to the following guidelines when posting content on the platform:

    • Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information like name, profile picture, and bio.
  • OnChain Data:
    • As a fully OnChain platform, all user-generated content, interactions, and transactions are stored on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and immutability.

• How We Use Your Information

  • Platform Functionality:
    • To provide basic functionality and personalization of your experience on RuBaRu.
  • Community Governance:
    • Information may be used for community governance, allowing users to participate in decision-making processes.

• Community Ownership

  RuBaRu is collectively owned and governed by the community, fostering shared responsibility for the platform's evolution and adherence to community guidelines.

• Creator Autonomy

  Creators have control over their content and creative expressions, with ownership rights secured through OnChain technology.

• Content Responsibility

  Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform, including images, videos, and textual content. Be responsible while posting content on platform.

• Prohibited Content

  Users are strictly prohibited from posting content that includes:

  • Violent Crimes or Accidents
  • Physical Fights
  • Physical Child Abuse
  • Bodily Fluids (blood, feces, semen, etc.)
  • Serious Physical Harm, including visible wounds
  • Severely Injured or Mutilated Animals

• Exceptions for Documentary or Educational Content

  Exceptions may be made for content that falls under documentary or educational categories, but must adhere to the platform's guidelines.

• Adult Nudity and Sexual Behavior

  • Content featuring full or partial nudity, simulated sexual acts, or sexual intercourse is strictly prohibited
  • Exceptions may be considered for content with artistic, medical, health, or educational purposes

• Exceptions for Documentary or Educational Content

  Exceptions may be made for content that falls under documentary or educational categories, but must adhere to the platform's guidelines.

• Violent Sexual Conduct

  Content depicting violence associated with sexual acts, including rape, violent sexual assault, or sexualized violence without clear consent, is strictly prohibited.

• Bestiality and Necrophilia

  Any content depicting bestiality or necrophilia is strictly prohibited.

• Gratuitous Gore

  Content featuring excessively graphic or gruesome depictions related to death, violence, or severe physical harm is prohibited. This includes:

  • Dismembered or mutilated humans.
  • Charred or burned human remains.
  • Exposed internal organs or bones.
  • Animal torture or killing.

  Exceptions may be considered for content related to religious sacrifice, food preparation, or processing, and hunting.

• Community Moderation

  Any content depicting bestiality or necrophilia is strictly prohibited.

  • The community actively participates in content moderation. Content reported by the community for guideline violations will be investigated promptly.
  • Based on community intelligence, content may be removed from various feeds, including Image Feed, Tape, Profile, etc.

• Reporting Violations

  Users are encouraged to report any content that violates these guidelines through platform reporting feature. The platform will soon implement community moderation and it will help investigate reported content promptly.

Note: These guidelines are in place to maintain a respectful and safe environment. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension by Community decision. Exceptions may be considered for specific content categories, provided they align with educational, documentary, artistic, or health-related purposes.
